In Windows Explorer, a Shift-Right-Click on a folder should give you the extended option to 'Open Command Window here'. Saves you a lot of cd typing.
Alternately, you can type 'cd ', then go to the explorer path in the toolbar, click on it, select all, copy, and then go to the command window draw bar, right-click to get the Edit window, and paste the path. Then hit return.

What the heck is a 'command window draw bar'? Been a while since I have used windows regularly but I don't remember that term.
Windows does have an equivalent of sudo.
runas /user:Administrator path..name..
Or if you want the equivalent of 'sudo -s' then
runas /user:Administrator cmd.exe
Also, almost all of this hint was just how to navigate the filesystem to the location where he had this driver msi package located.
I keep a USB mouse around for dealing with Bootcamp. About 100 times easier to plug in any cheap mouse that you can right click on to install the drivers than dealing with this.

Nice, an update to my old hint. I was surprised to read about it. Haven’t used BC for quite some time (which is good).
I believe that, after selecting a file, the key command [Alt]+[Enter] will bring up the item's 'Properties' windows (i.e., Windows Explorer's equivalent of the Finder's 'Get Info' window).
NOTE: You might need to do [Alt]+[Fn]+[Return] on a MacBook (Air|Pro)).
