Just got off the chat support with Quicken people. Took us 45 minutes to figure out if I go to IE, Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, Security, and uncheck Check for service certificate revocation and uncheck Check for signatures on downloaded programs that it would work. Quicken does a lot. That's partly how it's remained one of the most popular financial software tools for decades. But all the features it offers can be overwhelming to newcomers, and even regular users can feel like they aren't using Quicken to its full potential. Ok, mine doesn't look at all like your visual above. I am using Quicken Deluxe 2010 for Mac. When I open Quicken i get to a home page that has a gray bar along the left side with TOOLS (overview, transactions, scheduled transactions, last download, category explorer, accounts summary), ACCOUNTS (lists each of my banking, credit card accounts separately), REPORTS (spending cloud category. Last week I switched to Windows 10. I can't find the tools menu. I've checked settings and other areas I've thought of and not having any luck. I need to look over a few things but they all seem to be included in the tools section. Anyone else having this problem?. Post moved by the moderator to the appropriate forum category.
